Spinach, Avocado and Blueberry smoothie
This recipe is a combination of my three favoutite foods...Blueberries, avocado and Spinach. It is a an extreme wellness recipe that would dovetail well with every get well health program. It is rich in healthy essential fatty acids, saturated fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
